Horizons Youth Services (HYS) is a small business and proudly HUBZone-certified, committed to empowering young individuals through education, job training, and life skills development. Since its founding in 1983, HYS is recognized as a leader in youth services, while maintaining its dedication to community impact and innovation.
Centers
Horizons Youth Services supports Job Corps center operations for the U.S. Department of Labor at the following centers:
- Milwaukee Job Corps Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
- Blue Ridge Job Corps Center in Marion, Virginia
